How long is the BLS Class?The length of the class varies depending on the learning option you choose. Instructor-led Initial and Renewal classes are scheduled for approximately 3 hours. For the BLS Blended Learning class, the online portion takes between 30-60 minutes to complete, and then the in-office hands on practice and skills check is approximately 30-45 minutes.

Is a workbook required for my BLS class?AHA requires students to have access to the BLS Provider Manual. Unlike most other training centers, your BLS Provider Manual is included in the price of the class at no additional cost to you.
