Yes, we are certified Instructors who are authorized to teach American Heart Association BLS, CPR + AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogen classes.

The length of the class varies depending on the learning option you choose. Instructor-led Initial and Renewal classes are scheduled for approximately 3 hours. For the BLS Blended Learning class, the online portion takes between 30-60 minutes to complete, and then the in-office hands on practice and skills check is approximately 30-45 minutes.

AHA requires students to have access to the HeartSaver® Provider Manual. Unlike most other training providers, your CPR Provider Manual is included in the price of the class at no additional cost to you.

Fireproof offers four learning options for you to choose for your convenience:

• Traditional Classroom: Attend a live, in-person in a classroom setting.

• Blended Learning: This option is great for those who don't want to sit in a class setting. Complete the CPR online modules at your home or office. Then attend the hands-on practice at our office location.

• 1:1 Instruction: Perfect if you prefer to work 1:1 with an Instructor in a private office setting.

• Onsite: Need onsite training for your team? Save time and gas and let us come to you.

The Blended Learning option is the most popular learning format as it is an innovative way to get certified or renew your certification without spending hours in a classroom.

CPR certification is valid for two years.

Upon successful completion class (in any learning format), you will receive an email from the American Heart Association to claim your BLS Provider eCard within 24 hours.
